How long does shipping take at SBLUXE?

You will receive your order within 5-10 business days after placing it, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may be affected by COVID-19, carriers, peak periods, destination, and other factors outside of our control. 

Can I track my SBLUXE order?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email and our online returns portal

What if my SBLUXE order has multiple items?

We aim to minimize our environmental impact by consolidating all products from one order into one shipment. However, some orders may include products from multiple brands and locations.

What if I'm missing an item from my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check your email to see if the missing item is arriving in another shipment. If you don't have another email and the missing item should have been included in your order, please contact our customer care team immediately so we can assist you.

How can I return an item?

We offer free and easy returns. Simply contact us to request a free return shipping label and follow the detailed instructions in the email we'll send you. For more information, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and process your returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide you with a voucher for a future purchase. This process usually takes up to 21 business days from the time the item has been processed in our warehouse. We'll keep you updated by email.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that. Please return the item following the instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll gladly refund your purchase.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you receive an item that you didn't order, please follow the return instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Note that we can't process a refund for items that have been damaged or worn, or for items that were ordered by mistake.

Can I exchange my item for a different size, color, or style?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, please submit a return request and order the new item of your choice. Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What if my item is marked as final sale?

Final sale items are heavily discounted and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. They will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" at checkout.

How do I return swimwear or underwear?

Please follow the safety instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We only accept returns of swimwear and underwear that are in compliance with our policy. All returns are subject to approval upon arrival, and you'll be responsible for the shipping cost.
